Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.Preparing and presenting program level reporting for upper management.Core Skill's Required:Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development projectWhat a Top Candidate Will Bring:Proven Project Leadership: Demonstrated success leading complex projects within large, global matrix organizations, delivering results through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.Waterfall & Agile Expertise: Strong experience managing projects across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to select and apply the most effective approach to achieve business objectives.Process Excellence Mindset: Six Sigma Black Belt and/or PMO certification, with a track record of driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.Executive Stakeholder Management: Exceptional facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, translate complex concepts into clear actions, and build alignment across diverse teams.Servant Leadership Approach: A collaborative and people-focused leader who empowers teams, removes obstacles, fosters accountability, and creates an environment where individuals and projects can thrive.Passion for Innovation & Technology: Genuine curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI and automation, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation initiatives.Compensation & Benefits:Summary Pay Range: $118,860.00 - $190,176.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
