Affordable Housing Property Manager
Fairway Management, Inc.
JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division, oversees 250+ apartment communities and rental subdivisions in affordable housing. The Property Manager will lead day-to-day operations, market and lease units, manage budgets, address resident concerns, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and government programs.
