Project Finance Manager

Compensation: $75 - $81 /hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Finance Manager to join their team! Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead and empower a motivated team in a fast-paced environment Analyze financials and key performance indicators at multiple levels Review projects and evaluate financial implications Partner with project teams for financial management and forecasting Conduct training sessions on accounting standards and best practices Guide team members through career development and retention Provide reporting and analysis to executive leadership Advise internal clients on financial requests Facilitate external and client audits Promote and drive diversity initiatives Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance required Minimum of 11 years relevant accounting experience Proficient in Excel and basic computer software Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present complex information Ability to lead and manage change effectively Strong project management skills and strategic perspective Nice to Have Skills & Experience Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred Previous supervisory experience 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Project Finance Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
