L&D RN (Full-Time)

Role: Provides direct patient care in a labor and delivery unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Participates in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Maintains safety-sensitive focus, working alertly in a safe manner as required. Qualifications Must hold an RN license. Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. No prior experience required; preferred experience is less than two years.
