We are looking to add someone who wants to LOVE where they work and have fun doing it!We value work-life balance and support our team with flexible scheduling, a positive workplace culture, and opportunities to grow your skills.**What we offer:*** Competitive pay based on experience; **$30.00-$40.00*** Paid time off and holiday pay* Health and dental benefits* 401k* Continuing education opportunities* Modern, fully equipped operatories* Supportive team and great patients## Responsibilities* Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.* Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.* Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.* Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations..* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)* Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.## Qualifications**What we’re looking for:*** Current Minnesota Dental Assistant license (nitrous oxide and radiology license required)* Positive, team-oriented attitude* Excellent communication and patient care skills* A passion for learning and growing in your roleIf you’re ready to join a practice that values your skills, your time, and your happiness, we’d love to hear from you!**Legal Disclaimer:** *We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
