Your responsibilities include tapping into your network and our proprietary platform to find prospective healthcare candidates, reaching out to candidates to introduce MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening, following up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate a smooth hiring journey, keeping accurate records updated in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews you facilitate, and the hires made from your leads.
