Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities Recruits for hourly plant employees to find the correct fit within the Corvac culture. Completes onboarding for all new hires including paperwork, training, etc. Complies with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, Department of Labor, worker compensation, OSHA, and other relevant regulations. Maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits. Completes weekly payroll tasks for all hourly employees including job changes, friend‑of‑court documentation, benefit updates, tax updates, etc. Processes employment verification forms and other employee‑related request forms as needed. Responds to HR inquiries from employees while maintaining a positive employer‑employee relationship and promoting a high level of employee morale and motivation. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of both UAW contract and Corvac Code of Conduct and applies them in situations appropriately. Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. Provides day‑to‑day benefits administration services and assistance with Benefit Annual Enrollment. Maintains employee personnel files. Performs other duties within scope as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred, or equivalent level of experience. 1–3 years of Human Resource Experience. Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products and related computer applications. Well‑organized, accurate, and attentive to detail. Excellent communication and public relations skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Task‑oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Schedule: Monday–Friday (6:30 am–3:30 pm). #J-18808-Ljbffr Corvac Composites, LLC
