Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.

• Replace bearings, motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, belts, chains, and other mechanical components.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

• Assist with equipment installations, shutdowns, and major repairs.

• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA safety standards.

• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate documentation.

• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Schedule

• Sunday Thursday

• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.

• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is preferred.

• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
