Private Swim Instructor (Independent Contractor) InstaSwim is seeking to partner with professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in our clients' private homes & community pools across your local area! We supply the client leads, you set your own schedule. With the ability to choose which clients you work with and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, there's really no better platform out there! About InstaSwim InstaSwim is a premier national mobile swim lesson platform. We connect clients in all major US cities with personalized, professional, and effective swim instruction in the comfort of their own pools. Our platform is backed by a spirited and dedicated support staff, ready to ensure your journey with us is seamless while you earn some of the highest payout rates in the industry doing what you love! Instructor Services & Expectations Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group swim lessons. Schedule swim lessons directly with clients based on your availability. Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations. Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet client needs. Provide a fun, fulfilling, and tracked learning experience. Ensure the safety of the student at all times. What to Expect with the InstaSwim Platform Set Your Own Schedule: You are the boss. Work when it's convenient for you with ultimate flexibility. Travel Locally: Decide your preferred travel radius and only accept clients within it. Fast Payouts: Get paid within 24 hours via PayPal or other selected methods. Insurance Coverage: InstaSwim adds you to our general liability policy while teaching platform clients. Client Opportunities: Receive client match requests regularly based on your area and availability. Quick Start: Begin accepting clients within 24-48 hours post-screening and onboarding. Required Qualifications Previous experience in swim instruction, coaching, or water safety. Must be 18 years of age or older. CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to accepting clients). Reliable transportation. Personal swim instruction equipment (kickboards, toys, etc.). Must be based in the US and have US work authorization. A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults. Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans. Must clear a criminal background check. Earnings & Payouts $40-$60 per 1-Hour lesson .
