You will work alongside chiropractors, nutritionists, mental health therapists, and holistic providers to build comprehensive, cross-specialty treatment plans that treat the whole patient-movement, physical recovery, metabolic health, and overall lifestyle. What You Bring to the Table Clinical Excellence: Expertise in evidence-based orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, manual therapy, and movement optimization that integrates seamlessly with chiropractic care, pain management, and metabolic/nutritional health. Integrative Mindset: A desire to collaborate daily with nutritionists, mental health clinicians, and chiropractors to shape unified, patient-centered care plans. Ownership Mentality: A drive to help build, scale, and shape the clinical vision and operations of a mission-oriented healthcare practice. Expected Caseload & Time Commitment Active Clinical Hours: Target capacity of 20-25 direct patient care hours per week to ensure one-on-one, high-quality care without clinician burnout. Practice Building & Collaboration: Dedicated hours reserved each week for interprofessional case rounds, cross-referral strategy, and executive management as a practice partner. Growth Pace: Onboarding capacity for 4-6 new patient evaluations per week as we scale the physical therapy branch of the clinic.
