Warehouse Lead

About the Role:
Prime Talent Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll keep operations running smoothly and help guide a hardworking team to success. Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock management
Ensure proper loading, unloading, and staging of freight and materials
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
Coordinate with management to prioritize workflow and meet order fulfillment deadlines
Operate and oversee use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Requirements:
2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic computer skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
