Position Description

We are looking for a Project Superintendent to serve as the primary field leader on construction projects. Working in close collaboration with the project team, this individual is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all jobsite operations - from trade coordination and scheduling to personnel development and financial awareness.

The ideal candidate is a safety-minded, quality-driven professional who leads by example, holds themselves and others to a high standard, and takes full ownership of jobsite outcomes.

Position Requirements

• Model a safety-first mindset that establishes and maintains a culture of accountability on the jobsite
• Lead all day-to-day jobsite operations, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control
• Review and interpret construction documents across disciplines for field execution
• Take full ownership of crew production and overall jobsite performance
• Recognize and communicate how field-level decisions affect overall project financials
• Maintain daily documentation of jobsite activity, including logs, quality issues, and safety reporting
• Communicate expectations clearly, provide consistent feedback, and lead by example in all aspects of jobsite conduct

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued up to $5,000,000
• Strong command of construction documents, scheduling principles, and multi-trade coordination
• Active OSHA 30 certification required
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• A proven commitment to safety compliance, quality workmanship, and professional integrity
