Information Specialist II (Customer Service)

Role Overview Koniag Advisory Business Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Specialist II (Customer Support) to provide technical assistance and support to the Indian Health Service (IHS) network of hospitals, clinics, and health stations. This is an onsite position located at the IHS, Oklahoma City Area Office. What You Will Do Provide technical support and assistance to customers via telephone or in-person, troubleshoot common incidents, install new equipment, and perform physical equipment and networking set-up and moves. Why It Might Be a Fit The successful candidate will possess CompTIA A+ Certification, experience with remote support tools, knowledge of inventory management processes, and experience creating technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
