Our plastic surgery and medical Spa office is looking for new receptionist to join our growing team! Experience in a medical office is not necessary but experience in front desk secretarial work is required. Must be a quick learner, comfortable in a fast paced environment, good with computers, outgoing, and absolutely must have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and following up with patient messages.
We put great emphasis on a compassionate approach to healthcare. Our receptionist is the first impression of our office and valuable member of our staff. We are looking for candidates that genuinely like working with people, fast paced environment and excel in communication. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
