REGISTERED NURSE

Mercy seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, coordinate treatment plans, and educate patients and families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes while using EMR systems and adhering to infection control standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the EMR Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and respond to changes in condition Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention and patient safety protocols Assist with discharge planning and care transitions Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives Support Mercy’s mission and culture of compassion, diversity, and continuous learning Patient assessment Care planning IV therapy and medication administration Wound care Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Vital signs monitoring Care coordination and discharge planning Patient and family education Infection control procedures BLS/ACLS emergency response Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Specialty certification (e.g., Med-Surg, Critical Care) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
