Urgent Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a full-timeUrgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as aLead Provider in Waterville, ME. This is a unique leadership opportunity for anexperienced APP who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centeredcare while mentoring and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent caresetting.

As the clinical leader ofthe site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence,supporting new graduate providers, and fostering a collaborative team culturethat prioritizes safety, efficiency, and outstanding patient outcomes.

Position Overview:

Delivering comprehensiveurgent care services to patients of all ages
Serving as the clinicalleader for all on-site clinical staff
Mentoring and supporting newgraduate NPs/PAs and allied healthcare professional
Promoting evidence-basedpractice and high clinical standards
Ensuring compliance withregulatory and clinical protocols

Requirements:

Master's degree from anaccredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Certification by arecognized NP or PA certifying body
Active Maine license(or eligibility for licensure)
Must have and maintain anunrestricted DEA license
BLS certification throughthe American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Clinical experience inemergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
Demonstrated leadership,mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

$80.00 - $85.00 per hour
