Job Title: OR Tech II (Surgical Technologist)
Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary: $25 – $35/hr + Upto $15K Sign-On Bonus
Shift: 3×12 hrs (Days/Nights, Rotating Weekends)
Job Summary
Support surgical procedures by preparing OR, assisting surgeons, and maintaining sterile environments in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surgical suite & instruments
- Assist during surgeries (scrub role)
- Handle patient prep, positioning & safety
- Maintain sterile technique & equipment
Requirements
- 1+ year OR Tech experience
- Certified/Graduate Surgical Tech (CST preferred)
- BLS required
- Skilled in at least 3 areas: Robotics, Joints, Neuro/Spine, Vascular
