Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will manage maintenance systems to ensure optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction in accordance with department protocols.This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our buildings, creating safe, functional environments for tenants, clients, and patients. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:* Complete maintenance and repair work orders using work order software* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment* Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues safely and efficiently* Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and parts* Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members regarding building needs* Ensure all work complies with safety standards, policies, and procedures* Support the Supervisor/Property Manager in monitoring building operations and vendor performance* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned**Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in maintenance-related fields preferred* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation* Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience; preferably in healthcare, commercial real estate, or hospital environments* Certifications (e.g., HVAC, CFC Handling, Electrical, Plumbing) preferred* Must be located in Atlanta, GA area* Must be in office (onsite) 5 days a week with availability for after-hours emergencies and participation in on-call rotation* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, climb ladders/stairs, and perform extensive walking* Basic computer skills and comfort using maintenance or work order software* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future**Why Choose Lillibridge*** Competitive pay and performance-based incentives* 90% employer-covered health insurance* 401(k) with company match* 20 days of PTO to start + 11 paid holidays* Stable, long-term career growth with a trusted national leader*The estimated base salary range for this position is **$28-32/hour ($58k -$66k** per year.) This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base salary Ventas reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting.
