What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will represent our clients directly while developing your communication, sales, and leadership skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing well-known brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Developing strong customer relationships through genuine, consultative conversations
• Learning and applying proven sales and customer acquisition strategies
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Collaborating with teammates to create a positive, high-performance environment
• Developing the communication, organization, and leadership skills needed for future advancement
• Taking ownership of your personal and professional growth

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable working directly with customers
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
