• 7/3 to 7/6 admitting shift: 11a - 11p

Practice Setting: Inpatient Rounding/Admitting/Nocturnist Reason for Coverage: Staffing shortage Dates of Coverage: 6/30 to indefinite Schedule (Shifts and Hours): in need of admitting 11am-11pm; 7am to 7pm, nocturnist shifts run 7pm to 7am Call Schedule: 7am to 7pm Call Ratio: one call per week Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Will Other Hospitalists be Present During Locum's Coverage? Yes Average Number of Patients Per Day - ADMISSIONS: 1 Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 18 Will the Locum Physician Respond to In-House Codes?: No Areas of Rounding What floors? Medical surgical Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? Yes Documentation System/EMR: epic Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: will try for emergent credentialing two weeks Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed
