What You’ll Do Install residential HVAC systems Lead install jobs professionally and efficiently Communicate clearly with homeowners Maintain clean job sites and clean workmanship Train helpers and younger installers Follow install processes and quality standards Complete startup and testing procedures properly Work closely with management and dispatch What We’re Looking For 2+ years HVAC install experience preferred Strong understanding of airflow and duct systems Ability to install split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini splits, etc. Clean and professional appearance Valid driver’s license Team-first mindset Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t make excuses Pay & Benefits Performance Pay Performance bonuses Paid holidays Paid vacation Company uniforms Advancement opportunities Year-round work Potential Pay: $60,000–$120,000+ depending on experience, leadership, and performance.
