Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required for this role.
10 or more years of engineering leadership experience in a medical device, automotive, or highly regulated plastics manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience assuming responsibility for engineering activities across a multi-product line manufacturing environment.
Experience managing teams responsible for implementing or sustaining manufacturing excellence and lean practices.
Strong background in manufacturing process engineering.
Demonstrated experience adhering to established Quality Management Systems (QMS).
