Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required for this role.
• 10 or more years of engineering leadership experience in a medical device, automotive, or highly regulated plastics manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience assuming responsibility for engineering activities across a multi-product line manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing teams responsible for implementing or sustaining manufacturing excellence and lean practices.
• Strong background in manufacturing process engineering.
• Demonstrated experience adhering to established Quality Management Systems (QMS).
