Junior Marketing Associate

This is an on-site position based in Piscataway, NJ. Garden State AGNC, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our growing Marketing and Sales team. You'll gain real-world experience assisting our client in delivering in-person promotions that help customers find products and services that fit their needs. As part of our Junior Marketing Associate team, you will be responsible for providing a retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience intended to improve the brand visibility of our clients and retail partners. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for anyone who wants to develop real-world business skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Our team provides structured, paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build confidence in communication, relationship-building, and performance-based sales strategies. No prior experience is required. What You'll Be Doing: Increase brand visibility for our clients. Work face-to-face with our clients' customer base in a retail environment. Connect with customers and share promotional offers in a friendly, clear way. Represent our clients professionally. Meet and exceed sales goals. Stay motivated and contribute to a fun, goal-driven atmosphere. Qualifications and What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Upbeat, growth-minded attitude and an interest in marketing or sales. Dependable transportation to and from Piscataway-area locations.
