PACE RN Health Care Manager

Job Description The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Registered Nurse (RN) Health Care Manager will work with the team to plan, manage, coordinate, and participate in project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the specified timeframe. Responsibilities include a combination of technical, policy, research, writing, and client-facing activities. Essential Functions And Primary Duties Coordinate with team to defines, and manage project scope, work plan, schedule, and manage resources across multiple projects Review participant medical records for accuracy, completeness and consistency with professional standards Participate in desk, remote and on-site field assessments of Medicaid providers Work with project team to complete project deliverables Assist in developing project proposals outlining deliverables, client solutions to requirements, and a project team’s roles and responsibilities Assist in assessing PACE quality care, care coordination, assessments, policies, program implementation or expansion strategies, network, staffing, and operations Report and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required (Associate’s Degree from accredited nursing school with related experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree) Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum 3 years of PACE experience required; 5 years preferred Experience and knowledge of federal and state PACE regulations and policies Experience in a PACE center or a State administering agency or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services programs (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, etc.) strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Self‑motivated and assertive Must be able to travel on occasion based on business and client needs Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED About Us Myers and Stauffer LC is a certified public accounting and health and human services consulting firm, specializing in audit, accounting, data management and consulting services to government-sponsored health care programs (primarily state Medicaid agencies, and the federal Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services).
