Bank Operations Lockbox Specialist (Part Time)

You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. : At Regions, the Bank Operations Lockbox Specialist performs operational duties to support the lockbox service including opening incoming mail, depositing all received funds in the corresponding account, and scanning the payments and any remittance information. Primary Responsibilities Verifies and researches checks that come in for deposit Prepares and processes deposits to designated accounts including merchant and loose coin deposits Follows endorsement procedures for checks Follows specification sheet direction for each lockbox customer This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferences Related banking or operations experience Skills and Competencies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment General knowledge of banking procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Position requires extended hours of standing and repetitive lifting of 5 -10-pound trays of mail. Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Part Time Role Schedule as follows: Monday - Friday 4:00am - 9:00am Position Type Part time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $36,500.00 USD Median: $40,000.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
