Schedule: Monday through Friday – 1:30 pm – 10 pm UNION POSITION – COVERED UNDER TEAMSTERS LOCAL 294 UNION Job Responsibilities Perform yogurt setting and yogurt separation. Batch, legally pasteurize, and store all products according to plant SOPs and the PMO. Maintain proper documentation for all charts and records in accordance with legal requirements. CIP all tanks, lines, and equipment associated with processing. Follow all company formulations and assure correct ingredient amounts are used and documented. Assist in buttermilk setting and sending. Assist in batching and pasteurization of all products as needed. Perform a daily inventory of products in the processing area at the end of each shift. Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements. Assist in the cheese room as needed. Keep all work areas, including ingredient storage areas, neat and clean at all times to conform to GMP and SQF requirements. Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way. Remain on the job until it is completed or relieved. Perform any other assignments by a Supervisor or Foreman. This description is not all inclusive and is subject to change. Compensation Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Pay range: $27.07 – $27.07 USD.
