Highly respected consulting firm seeks Special Inspector:

• 4+ years building inspection and condition assessment in NYC
• Masonry, Steel, Joists, Girders, Trusses, Concrete, Welding, Rebar
• Fire resistance
• Experience with NYC Department of Buildings codes
• Ability to work at heights at times
• AutoCAD skills desired
• Command of the English language for report writing
• AWS Welding Inspection
• QEWI and NYCHA
• ICC Certifications
• ICC Concrete Field Testing, Welding, Rebar, Welding
• Run projects from Beginning to End
• Ability to deal with a wide range of personalities = owners, subcontractors etc.
