Pharmacy Operations Manager (Non-Pharmacist) - Weekdays, Growth

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Non-Pharmacist Manager (NPM) to lead a busy community pharmacy in Bristol. This is a well-established store dispensing approximately 6,000 items per month, supported by the Titan PMR system. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations, support the team, and ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and organisationLead, motivate, and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of serviceEnsure excellent customer service and patient experience at all timesManage staff rotas, holidays, and staffing levels in line with business needsMaintain compliance with company procedures, SOPs, and regulatory standardsSupport stock management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling inventoryMonitor and improve workflow processes to maximise productivityLiaise with the pharmacist and wider team to ensure safe and effective service deliveryHandle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional mannerSupport with administrative duties, reporting, and record-keeping Requirements: Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment (preferred)Experience in a supervisory or management roleStrong leadership and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with pharmacy systems (Titan experience desirable but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate up to £15.50 depending on experienceStructured weekday working hours with limited weekend requirementSupportive working environmentOpportunity to develop management and leadership skills #IND-PHARMA-PH4 J740918 #J-18808-Ljbffr
