SUMMARY

Manufacture and assemble wood related products to exacting quality standards with on-time delivery and a safety first mentality. This may include but not limited to: assembly, manufacturing, packaging, quality assurance and record keeping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

May include but not be limited to the operation of the following equipment: chop saw, band saw, CNC router, wood turning lathe, end former, sander and gang rip saw. Duties may also include application of packaging labels and placement of product into packaging before loading onto truck.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

-Familiarity with basic measurements and +/- tolerance allowances

-Able to interpret product drawings

-Experience operating wood working equipment and/or hand tools

-Knowledge of general plant safety standards such as “Lockout-Tagout” is preferred but not required

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS

-Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

-Positive and professional personality even when facing adversity

-Attention to quality and detail

-Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

-Ability to stand for long period of time

-Ability to lift at least 50lbs multiple times per day

HOURS

We are accepting applicants for all shifts with first shift running 7AM-5:30PM MON-THURS. Some overtime work may be required on Fridays.
