This position involves handling customer inquiries, processing insurance claims occasionally, and ensuring thorough documentation while using a specific CRM system daily. The representative helps maintain strong client relationships through effective problem resolution and follow-up communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support across multiple channels
- Process insurance claims as needed
- Deliver accurate policy information
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain detailed communication and documentation
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be willing to obtain property and casualty insurance license & life and health
Required Qualifications
