ROLE DESCRIPTION: Josue Rivera - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate should be sales-minded and goal-oriented.
• Currently licensed candidates preferred.

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
