Marketing Manager

A growing FinTech company is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and execute its marketing initiatives. This is a full time, in office position for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning through execution.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, creating and coordinating content, strengthening brand presence, and working with internal teams and outside resources to ensure marketing projects are completed effectively and on time.

The ideal candidate understands how to combine creative marketing with strong organization and execution and can manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Manage marketing projects from concept through completion
• Develop and coordinate content across relevant marketing channels
• Maintain consistent company branding and messaging
• Help strengthen the company's digital and overall market presence
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors as needed
• Manage marketing calendars, deadlines, and campaign deliverables
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support lead generation and company growth initiatives
• Research market trends and new marketing opportunities
• Ensure marketing materials are professional, accurate, and consistent

Qualifications:

• Prior marketing experience required
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Experience within FinTech, financial services, or a related industry is a plus
• Comfortable working full time in office

Salary: $75,000 to $100,000/year
