Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mold Maintenance Technician to maintain molds and fixtures, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and support production operations.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good computer, communication, and organizational skills
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Good math skills
Ability to frequently lift/pull up to 100 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Toolroom/Machine Shop and Forklift experience preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on molds and fixtures
Complete minor mold and fixture repairs
Stage molds and fixtures for production and sampling runs
Document repairs and maintenance activities
Review tool repair requests and schedule maintenance work
Manage mold tagging and storage locations
Report mold and fixture status to production scheduling
Perform other duties as assigned
