This is a full-time internship opportunity for Summer/Fall with potential to continue ongoing. Perfect for someone who lives on TikTok Shop, enjoys online communities, and wants hands‑on experience in the fast-growing world of social commerce and livestream selling. What You’ll Do Monitor DMs to help answer creator questions in a timely manner Support creator outreach and CRM communications Help identify and source new untapped TikTok Shop creators for affiliate outreach Assist with creator packaging, merch, and product needs Monitor viral products, emerging creators, competitors, and industry trends Support data pulls and weekly/daily reporting Support product launches and special campaign initiatives What We’re Looking For Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking creator performance, outreach, and campaign organization Passion for TikTok, social media, creator marketing, and online communities Strong communication and organizational skills Someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable chatting with creators daily Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be a fast learner Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across creator communities and internal teams Bonus Points If You Have experience moderating or managing online communities Have experience creating TikTok content Understand TikTok trends, LIVE selling, or e-commerce Are highly active on social media platforms yourself Bi-lingual (Spanish, French, German, etc.) is a major plus Familiarity with Discord, Lark, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing is a huge plus Bloom is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
