Staff ML Engineer, Ad Serving — Real-Time Marketplace AI

Roku

Roku in New York is seeking a staff-level machine learning engineer to lead marketplace intelligence and demand optimization in the Ad Serving team. You will translate business challenges into ML solutions, design experiments, and build production ML systems for a high-scale ad marketplace.

You have 10+ years of ML/data science experience, strong in statistics and optimization, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java/Scala. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
