Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8
• Hours: 0800-0800
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient scheduling includes 60 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow-up visits
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
