Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business / Financial Analyst - III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with the ability to manage complex data structures and provide actionable insights. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to meeting contractual obligations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Core Responsibilities Performing financial audits on transport leased data.
  Cleaning up large datasets and troubleshooting tool-related process issues.
  Leveraging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Notebook LM) to overhaul and automate audit processes.
  The Strong Analyst: Masters in CS or similar; expert in SQL/queries, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), and Python scripts. 
  Ability to join complex tables and build AI models.
  The Former Transport Engineer: Strong knowledge of the network and tools; willing to be taught the analytical/data side.
  Key Tech Stack
  Data/Analytics: GCP, Google Sheets (moving away from Microsoft), Looker (moving away from Tableau).
  AI: Claude, Gemini, Notebook LM.
• Mine various data sources and provide visualization and analysis of complex data structures.
• Manage the creation and distribution process to ensure all contractual obligations are met regarding data content and timeliness.
• Develop, drive, and track the definition of fundamental metrics.
• Provide support in developing dashboards to track key metrics of program, provider, or client performance.
• Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization to understand their information needs.
• Assist with ad hoc requests or special projects requiring data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant experience.
• Experience mining various data sources and providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.
• Intermediate SQL experience is required.
• Experience supporting Business Analysts with reporting is preferred.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Targeted Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years.

Pay Range: $60hr - $60hr on w2 only

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
