Paralegal

We are partnering with a growing private investment firm to hire a Corporate Paralegal to support its legal and compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with experience in private funds, investment management, real estate, or financial services who is looking for broad exposure across fund operations, corporate governance, regulatory filings, and investor documentation. Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Key Responsibilities: Support corporate governance, entity management, and compliance activities across investment funds and affiliated entities Assist with fund documentation, offering materials, contracts, agreements, and corporate records Track regulatory filings and licensing requirements with federal and state agencies Coordinate investor onboarding, subscription documents, side letters, and related communications Partner closely with Legal, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Operations teams on legal and compliance initiatives What We're Looking For: 2+ years of paralegal, legal, or compliance experience within private funds, investment management, real estate, or financial services Experience supporting fund formation, securities documentation, SEC filings, investor materials, or corporate governance matters Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with real estate investment funds or real estate lending is a plus If you're interested in learning more, feel free to reach out directly for a confidential conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
