Apply today, work tomorrow, and get paid weekly! Ascend Staffing is now hiring Production Associates for a Day shift warehouse position in Chehalis, WA.

• Weekly pay Starting at $18.00/hr

• Cross-training opportunities throughout the facility

• Tape pipe ends and wrap pipe sections

• Install tape caps and roll pipe during production

• Cut spacers using band saws

• Install spiders/spacers inside pipe

• Align materials using crowbars

• Remove and cut foam materials

• Apply tar seal during finishing processes

• Operate hand and power tools safely

• Assist in multiple departments as needed

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Monday Friday

• 5:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Overtime may be required based on production needs

• Peak season runs approximately April through September

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, construction, or mill experience preferred

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn multiple positions

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Must be able to lift, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Must be able to pass Pre-employment screening

• Dirty production environment

• Physical labor throughout the shift

• Exposure to manufacturing materials and equipment

• Repetitive motion throughout the day

• Fast-paced production setting
