AI Visibility and SEO Manager

Intuitive Surgical seeks an AI Visibility and SEO Manager to ensure branded content is discoverable across search engines and AI answer engines globally. This role implements structured data and schema markup while monitoring content visibility, working cross-functionally with web, marketing, and content teams.

Responsibilities

  • Audit web content and strategy for AI discoverability, heading structure, and LLM extractability
  • Implement and execute structured data and schema markup across global digital properties
  • Monitor brand visibility across AI and traditional search engines, reporting on presence and accuracy
  • Partner with web producers and marketing teams to optimize content formatting per market and language
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and test structured data changes before deployment

Requirements

  • 7+ years SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, or related digital marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals
  • Familiarity with AI answer engines (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini)
  • Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs)
  • Basic HTML/CSS proficiency and CMS editing capability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing technology or web strategy
