How You'll Make an Impact
- Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all quality activities
- Lead the factory Quality Improvement Plan aligned with global strategies
- Embed customer feedback into quality initiatives and resolve escalations
- Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and continuous certification readiness
- Drive quality assurance, control, and risk management practices
- Lead corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods
- Foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement
- Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs to guide decision-making
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment
- Prior leadership or people-development experience
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using data
