Cencora seeks a Patient Services Liaison to serve as the primary contact for ambulatory pharmacy access and affordability services in Ukiah, California. The role involves coordinating patient access to high-cost prescription therapies, processing prior authorizations, and collaborating with clinic staff and health systems to improve medication access and utilization.

Responsibilities

• Process prior authorizations, identify patient assistance programs, and route prescriptions to appropriate pharmacies
• Serve as primary liaison for high-cost prescription and infusion therapy access and affordability navigation
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, pharmacy staff, and payers to resolve access barriers
• Provide education to providers, clinic staff, and patients on prescription fulfillment through health system pharmacy
• Track activities, contribute to KPI reporting, and participate in clinic meetings on prescription access topics

Requirements

• 1–3 years retail pharmacy technician experience
• Active pharmacy technician licensure or certification in California
• Experience with prior authorizations and copay assistance programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to learn pharmacy dispensing software and electronic health records systems quickly

Compensation: $76,200–$119,460 base
