Salary: $114,600 - 234,600 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, with Computer Science or Electrical Engineering as preferred majors.
• We value strong C/C++ expertise and Java knowledge.
• We prefer experience developing on Linux.
• We look for coursework in computer systems, algorithms, and parallel programming.

• We design and implement the database and storage I/O data path in Oracle Exadata Database Machine.
• We design and build Exadata Storage Server offload features such as Smart Scan, Smart Backup, and Smart File Creation.
• We develop fault-tolerant software that can withstand unexpected software failures.
• We create algorithms and distributed systems software that runs across large database and storage clusters.
• We work on multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving, dynamic, and rapidly expanding environment.
