For more information, visit WPP.com.About the roleThe ECD / Creative Partner will be the senior creative lead and growth driver for the client relationship globally creating a strong vision for the growth of the brandThe candidate needs to combine creative authority, brand design depth, FMCG understanding, innovation experience, entrepreneurial instinct and senior client leadership. They must be credible at C-suite level, including with the CMO and CEO, while staying close to the work.This is a hands on role both in terms of driving great creativity and forming a very close partnership with our client. The role should be Netherlands-based or with frequent travel, making sure strong bonds and connection are formed with the work, the team and our client.About you A proven, hands-on creative leader with strong brand design credentials and the confidence to lead work for a global icon.Deep understanding of FMCG, consumer behaviour, portfolio dynamics, innovation and the speed at which modern brands need to adapt.Strong entrepreneurial instinct, with the ability to think beyond and spot opportunities across the wider business, markets and Brand & Design offer.Credibility in high-level client conversations, including CMO, CEO and executive audiences.The ability to challenge constructively, build trust quickly and create clarity in a complex organisation.A visible creative leader who can inspire the internal team, attract strong talent around the account and set a clear creative standard.Why us?We’re passionate about our people and their careers.
