Shipping/receiving clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. You will be the final line of defense before our products reach our customers, ensuring that every shipment is accurately packed, properly documented, and routed through the most efficient carrier networks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision is paramount, this is the role for you. Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of dedicated shipping, receiving, or logistics clerk experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and mid-market ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Technical Skills: Basic math skills and comfortable utilizing barcode scanners and digital weight scales.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Verification: Match physical outgoing inventory against sales orders, packing slips, and invoices to guarantee 100% order accuracy.
• Logistics Software Execution: Utilize shipping software such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and DHL to generate domestic and international shipping labels, tracking numbers, and customs documentation.
• ERP/WMS Integration: Accurately update inventory records and order statuses within the company's internal ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real-time.
