Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and manage a book of commercial insurance clients across various industries Assess client business risks and recommend appropriate commercial coverage solutions Quote, bind, and service commercial lines policies including GL, property, workers' comp, and more Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers Collaborate with carriers to negotiate competitive rates and coverage terms Process policy renewals, endorsements, and changes in a timely and accurate manner Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance requirements Requirements: Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Prior experience in commercial lines insurance sales or account management preferred Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and underwriting guidelines Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and meet sales goals Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail About Us: Erwin Agency LLC is a trusted independent insurance agency proudly serving clients in Hershey, PA and the surrounding communities.
