The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform setup and changeover of manufacturing equipment according to production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues during setup to ensure operational readiness.
• Conduct quality checks and adjustments to meet product specifications and reduce defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
• Document setup parameters, equipment performance, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize setup processes and minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards
