Ubicación de Cobranzas: Chino Hills, CA Paga: $25-28/hora doe Horario: Tiempo Completo | Debe ser flexible y disponible algunos fines de semana Estamos buscando un Representante de Cobranzas experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo en Chino Hills. Esta posición es responsable de manejar un alto volumen de cuentas, cobrar saldos pendientes, negociar arreglos de pago y ayudar con procesos de cobranza y pequeños reclamos. Responsabilidades Realizar llamadas de cobranza salientes y responder llamadas y correos entrantes de consumidores y clientes comerciales. Gestionar y documentar la actividad de cobranza para 400-500 cuentas mensuales. Enviar cartas de cobranza, Demanda Final y Demanda de 10 Días y mantener notas precisas de las cuentas. Negociar acuerdos de liquidación y establecer y monitorear planes de pago. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Ventas para resolver cuentas morosas y minimizar las pérdidas de la empresa. Recibir y registrar pagos en QuickBooks, asegurando que los pagos se apliquen correctamente. Contactar a las compañías de seguros para verificar la información de los reclamos. Realizar rastreo de deudores fugitivos usando LexisNexis. Preparar y procesar Derechos de Retención Mecánica, Renuncias a Derecho de Retención y documentación relacionada. Iniciar y gestionar casos de pequeños reclamos, incluyendo documentación previa y posterior al juicio. Preparar documentación para audiencias judiciales y representar a la empresa en la corte de pequeños reclamos aproximadamente 2-3 veces al mes. Negociar acuerdos y estipulaciones antes o durante los procedimientos judiciales. Completar actividades de cobranza post-judiciales, incluyendo juicios, gravámenes, examinaciones de deudores, embargos de salarios y embargos bancarios. Asistir a reuniones financieras, tomar notas y ayudar con las tareas administrativas de cobranza. Requisitos Diploma de secundaria o equivalente. Experiencia previa en cobranza y/o servicio al cliente es preferible. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, organización y negociación. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo. Capacidad de escribir al menos 45 PPM. Cómodo sentado y trabajando en una computadora por períodos extendidos. Horario flexible con disponibilidad para trabajar algunos fines de semana. Transporte confiable. Debe poder pasar los controles de antecedentes y de drogas.
