We're hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent home improvement brands inside our clients' retail partner locations by engaging with customers, providing up-to-date information about products and services, and assisting interested customers with purchases or account activations.

This position includes paid training to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to confidently and professionally represent our clients, and deliver a positive customer experience. No prior sales experience is required, we're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Daily Responsibilities

• Engage with customers inside assigned retail partner locations to provide information about home improvement products and services.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and current promotions while answering questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their interests.
• Assist interested customers with purchases, enrollments, or account activations, as applicable.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Accurately complete required documentation and follow company and client guidelines.

Who we’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, retail, sales, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
