Job Description Job Description At EYECARE for You, we are a private practices with 2 locations, Richboro and Newtown. We are a high tech office and strive to proceed patients with the best and latest technologies at the point of examination and with lens designs. The Optician plays a key role in a small team of 1-3 professionals, supporting retail eyewear sales by expertly assisting customers with frame selection and lens fitting. This position involves hands-on lens measurement, prescription verification, and frame adjustment using manual processing and basic software tools to ensure accurate eyewear dispensing and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Measure lenses accurately and verify prescriptions Assist customers with frame selection and lens fitting Adjust frames to ensure comfortable wear Provide consultations and educate customers on eyewear options Manage inventory and process sales efficiently Ensure attention to detail in eyewear dispensing Maintain effective communication within a small team environment Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in opticianry High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Certified Optician (CO) license Proficiency in lens fitting and frame adjustment Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in eyewear dispensing and sales Exceptional attention to detail Company Description Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
